Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests can generally be processed only before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
If an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to the original payment method and our refund procedures.
